Julie Morrison Joins Mums on the Run Podcast to Raise Awareness of Baby Loss

Julie Morrison recently joined the Mums on the Run podcast for an important and heartfelt conversation about baby loss, the impact it can have on families, and the work being carried out by Baby Loss Retreat to support parents during some of the most difficult times in their lives.

Speaking openly about baby loss is never easy, but conversations like these are incredibly important. By sharing experiences and talking about the realities of grief, Julie hopes to help break the silence that can often surround pregnancy and baby loss.

Raising Awareness and Breaking the Silence

Baby loss can leave parents and families experiencing an overwhelming range of emotions. While every person's experience of grief is different, having somewhere to turn for understanding and support can make an enormous difference.

During her appearance on Mums on the Run, Julie discussed the importance of raising awareness and creating safe spaces where people feel able to speak about their babies, their experiences and their grief.

For Julie, raising awareness is also about making sure families know that support is available and that they do not have to navigate their grief alone.

The Work of Baby Loss Retreat

A key part of Julie's conversation was the work of Baby Loss Retreat, a charity dedicated to supporting families affected by baby loss.

The charity's work is centred around providing compassionate support and giving grieving parents time and space away from the pressures of everyday life.

Behind that support is a great deal of charity work, fundraising and commitment. Every person who donates, raises funds, volunteers, attends an event or simply helps spread awareness contributes towards allowing Baby Loss Retreat to continue reaching families who need support.

Julie used the podcast as an opportunity not only to raise awareness of baby loss itself, but also to shine a light on the people and communities who help make the charity's work possible.

The Importance of Talking About Baby Loss

Podcasts such as "Mums on the Run" provide an important platform for conversations that might otherwise remain unheard.

By taking part, Julie hopes that someone listening who has experienced baby loss may feel understood, or that a family searching for help may discover the support available through Baby Loss Retreat.

Most importantly, these conversations help ensure that babies who are deeply loved and missed are remembered.

We would like to thank Mums on the Run for giving Julie the opportunity to share this important message and for providing a platform to raise awareness of baby loss and the work of Baby Loss Retreat.

Julie and everyone involved with Baby Loss Retreat.
